ANTIQUE MALACHITE GLASS TURTLE TRINKET BOX 418 WITH REMOVABLE LID BY CZECH DESIGNER CURT SCHLEVOGT (1869-1959)
This vintage trinket box is a unique addition to any collection. Made by Curt Schlevogt in the 1930’s, it features a beautiful green oval shape with a pressed glass finish. The box has one compartment and a removable lid, making it perfect for storing small items or jewelry. A great example of Bohemian art deco style. It weighs 2lbs and measures 8.5 inches in length, 5 inches in width, and 3.25 inches in height.
CONDITION: This turtle is in excellent condition. No chips cracks or color loss. Item came wrapped in newspaper from that era and looks like it was bought from the manufacturer by a vendor and stored without seeing the light of day for decades. Fantastic find!
