The item up for sale is a fine and rare original 1970s Ikea 'Rondo' fondue base by Carl Gustaf Jahnsson. This is an accessory stand that converts the Rondo cast iron casserole to a fondue pot, this is the base only. The base is made of cast iron with cork handles and cork table pad. The burner has a sleek modern cone shape. It appears unused and comes in its original orange Ikea box.
