Rough & Tumble cinch top, open pocket bag in soft black leather (cannot recall the leather name). This was sold to me as a train pack but looks more like a borough when lying flat; it measures somewhere between the two styles. Beautiful Devonshire and Jam textile lining. 3-way carry, includes short strap for shoulder carry. Excellent used condition. A few small ink marks on the bottom lining as shown in pic.
